Cottage 12 is our only 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Cottage. It includes a kitchen (see tab for detail of “Items Provided”), a living room with a single pull-out sleeper, a deck, and it has its own private fire pit (maintained May 1 – Nov 1). It ‘s a great option for couples, families, or friends. It may also be rented with the same amenities as a 2BR/2BA Cottage for 2 – 4 guests desiring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (we just close off 1BR).
Bedding for pull-out sofa is NOT included – If needed, it must be added at time of reservation
2-night minimum stay is required
Check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 10:00am
NO PETS ALLOWED on property or inside Cottages
No smoking/vaping inside Cottages
All rates are subject to WI sales tax(5.5%) and lodging tax(6.5%)
CANCELLATION POLICY
- If canceled more than 14 days prior to arrival date, your deposit may be refunded less a cancellation fee of $40 per Cottage or your deposit may be retained on your account for a future stay, no cancellation fee.
- If canceled within 14 days of arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.
