CANCELLATIONS
- If canceled more than 14 days prior to arrival date, we will refund your deposit less a cancellation fee of $40 per Cottage or your deposit may be retained on your account for a future stay (no cancellation fee applied).
- If canceled within 14 days of arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.
- If you shorten your reserved stay, you are still responsible for the unused portion of your reservation.
- “No-shows” will be responsible for payment in full of the entire reservation.
